About Me

My name is Kyle Hand and I am a professional front end web developer based out of the San Jose CA. area. I make websites look great and function well. I take pride in delivering three main services:

  1. Front End Web Development - Web Dev services range from PHP, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash development and SEO. I use the most standards compliant code to ensure that the website will work on the widest array of tier 1 internet browsers.
  2. Web Design - I ensure that the web design treatment always serves the underlying communication and matches the core values of the business. Web Design services include: User Interface, Look and Feel, Logos, Corporate Identity, Illustration, Animation, and Branding.
  3. Consulting - Often times, my client needs information on how to run his or her new web based business asset. Therefore, it is important that my client understand the landscape that they are stepping into. I pass on my vast experience to make sure that client has the proper tools.

I have a strong background in computer graphics and programming with over seven years experience in the elearning and corporate web design/development. I am an expert in animation tools, corporate graphic design, multimedia and web video. I have played essential roles in several projects including supervising associate multimedia producers. I am experienced in planning, implementation, user acceptance testing, project management, corporate communication and final product rollouts.

Here is a short list of things I am into:

  • I attend and teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu two days a week at American Kickboxing Academy in Sunnyvale.
  • I bought a house in 2005 and as a result I am totally into home improvement.
